As part of our system design and consultancy, we are able to offer a full Turnkey solution. Luso have a dedicated team that will consult and advise on the system requirement.
Having agreed a system design, we then assign a project manager to issue a gantt chart in readiness for final design review. Once completed and agreed, all elements of the system can be designed, built or procured as required.
The project manager’s responsibilities to the customer is to advise on progress and be a single point of contact for issues that may arise.
