The QBE75W and QBE100W are the latest generation of DC/DC converters Designed for demanding industrial and railway rolling stock applications, they deliver significantly improved conversion efficiency, averaging 92%. This reduces power losses, supports a wider operating temperature range, and allows the use of smaller heatsinks.
With 4:1 wide input ranges of 9 to 36 Vdc, 18 to 75 Vdc, and 40 to 160 Vdc, the QBE75W and QBE100W series support a broad range of power systems across different regions. Output options include 3.3, 5, 12, 15, 24, 28, 48, and 54 Vdc, with +10% to -20% adjustment available via an external resistor.
The QBE75W and QBE100W series include multiple protection functions to help ensure system safety, including over-current protection, output over-voltage protection, continuous auto-recovery short-circuit protection, input under-voltage lockout, output remote sensing, and remote control. They are certified to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, EN 50155, and EN 45545.
Designed for harsh railway and industrial environments, the QBE series meets MIL-STD 810F and EN 61373 vibration and mechanical shock standards and operates at altitudes up to 5000 metres. This makes the series a reliable choice for powering electronic equipment in rolling stock.
