Our signal wave system (SWS) is a low loss cross site waveguide run. It is designed to run between the switching network and the antenna to considerably reduce the insertion loss and increase the power handling over traditional waveguide. The longer the run the higher the saving, there are worthwhile savings from runs as short as 10 metres. A typical 40 metre standard WR75 run would have a loss of around 5.6dB whereas a SWS run would have a loss of only around 1dB
