Inductive Metering Modules for Smart Water Metering applications
Elec&Eltek Magnetic Products Ltd (EEMPL) have recently been successful with a number of design wins utilising custom modules specifically designed for usage in smart water meters.
These modules contain 3 magnetic rod cores held together in a custom moulded module. These react to the spinning of the rotor in the flow sensor and thus the meter can read the speed of the water flowing through to provide the readings/results required.
