THE QUALITY POLICY AND OBJECTIVES OF LUSO ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS LTD

  

Our policy is to achieve customer satisfaction by the supply of products to agreed quality standards, on time, and at competitive prices consistent with a reasonable profit.
 

To achieve this we are aware that we must operate within an environment of continual improvement and customer focus. Both of these points must be subject to measurement and continuous assessment against quality objectives. Our quality objectives are as follows:

• A target of product returns of less than 1%
• Good Levels of Customer Satisfaction, when randomly surveyed
• Maintaining reasonable levels of profit per sale

 
To help us achieve our policy, we have installed a quality management system based upon the requirements of BSENISO9001: 2000. The system will be implemented and maintained to provide us with a foundation for continuous improvement and growth.

 
This policy has been communicated and explained within the organisation, and is subject to continual review for suitability.
